Grouping

This documentation shows how to group data in the data grid.

1. Access Data Grid​

Navigate to the Data Grid in TES where your data is displayed.

2. Create a Group​

Drag the column header for the column you want to group by to the designated area labeled "Drag a column header here to group by that column" .

3. View Grouped Data​

Click on a group to expand it and view its contained data.

4. Add Sub-Groups (Optional)​

  • To create sub-groups:

    • Drag another column header to the grouping area.

    • Sub-groups will nest within the main group.

  • You can add as many sub-groups as needed using available columns.

5. Exploring Sub-Groups​

  • Click on a main group to view its sub-groups.

  • Sub-groups will show detailed breakdowns of the grouped data.

6. View Final Sub-Groups​

Expand the final sub-group to see the individual records it contains.
