Share Location

The documentation shows how to share a location with other colleagues.

1. Select Location to Share​

  • Navigate to the Intersections module and locate the location you want to share.

  • Use the Geo ID or Description to find the location.

  • Click on the desired row to select it.

2. Click on the Share Button​

Once the location is selected, click the Share button located at the top-right of the page.

3. Copy the URL​

  • In the pop-up window, click COPY to copy the shareable URL.

  • Share the URL with your colleagues. Note that access is restricted to authorized users within your organization.

4. Copy GeoID or Location Name (Optional)​

  • As an alternative to copying the URL, click the Copy button next to the Geo ID or Location Name .

  • Share the copied Geo ID or location name with your colleagues, who can search for the location in TES using this information
