Study Status Definitions

This documentation outlines the process of understanding the Status field within a study.

1. Access a Study

Navigate to Studies and access the All Studies module.

2. Select Status Field

One of the fields for each study is Status. Users can view, filter and group by Status values and refer to these definitions:

  • Counted: The count is imported to TES successfully but not approved yet (should manually be approved by user, either individually or as batch, after review).

  • Approved: The count is imported to TES successfully and approved by the user. Only approved studies are used in TES analysis and calculations.

  • Work Order Created: The study and work order is created but the data is not imported yet. This could be for different reasons, for example  the bin mapping in TES does not completely match to the bin mapping in the study file.

  • Started: The study is assigned to a user for counting (used only in the TES Mobile Application).

  • Warning: There are warnings in the imported study, for example the intersection configuration in TES is not compatible to the collected data; One could be a 4-leg intersection and the other one a 3-leg intersection.

  • Review Needed: There are warnings that require the user's review and manual action. This occurs when more than 1 similar study at the same date/time/location is imported.
