Introduction

This documentation introduces the Safety module within TES Cloud, explaining how to create and edit workbooks.

1. Access Workbooks

  • Navigate to the Safety module.

  • Select Workbooks to view a data grid of all workbooks in your jurisdiction.

  • Workbooks are collections of site lists that are used for safety analysis.

2. Add Workbook

  • Click the "Add Workbook" button.

  • Enter a Name and an optional Description for the workbook.

  • Click Save to create it.

3. Name Workbook

  • Provide a Name for the workbook.

  • Optionally, add a Description .

  • Click Save to confirm.

4. Site List

  • Open the Site List tab to view linked site lists.

  • Click the Link Site Lists button to add site lists to the workbook.

5. Assign Site Lists

  • Select site lists to include in the workbook.

  • Click Assign and save the workbook.

6. Analysis

  • Open the Analysis tab to view linked analyses.

  • The Analysis tab shows a data grid of all the analyses done in the workbook.

7. Add Analysis

  • Click the "Add Analysis" button.

  • Enter a name for the analysis.

8. Name Your Analysis and Select the Analysis Type

  • Choose an Analysis Type (e.g., Network Screening - Empirical Bayes Method ).

  • Click Add to save.
